Inside Sales Representative
- Execute sales plan to achieve sales target
- Research and provide market information such as potential customers, its traffic, sector and competition to propose the effective sales strategy.
- Maintain the records on sales activities, sales pipeline, customer information in system and preparing regular report and analysis of activity.
- Make cold calls and follow up calls to new and existing customers, identify target customers, analyze their business needs to explore business opportunities and make appropriate proposal.
- Build a strong client relationship and ensure the accounts performance, over the phone.
- Prepare the customer sales cycle planning based on the assigned individual targets.
- Review and maintain customer profile and re-new quotation if rates are expired.
- Provide sales leads through customer’s referral and follow up for result.
- Other responsibilities as per Managing Director assignment.

The succesful applicant:
- Thai National with a BA or Higher and at least 3 years’ Freight Forwarding experience gained in Int’l Freight Forwarding, Shipping Line Industry
- Solid knowledge and proven track record in sales of local air & sea freight market. Good relationship with industry players within freight forwarding and shipping lines and airlines.
